Managing change with employees is an integral part of our success model. BDM offers consulting services for organizational design and development including strategic planning, change management, executive and management coaching, and organizational design.

Strategic Planning

Nothing will unleash the potential of an organization more than strong leaders and managers committed to a shared vision that has clearly defined goals. BDM can assist in this management planning process by offering intact sessions to develop the strategic plan and/or by providing research documentation that will support the planning process. To support the planning process our research team conducts market assessments, interviews (w/ management, employees, and customers), and surveys (internal, external).

Change Management

Frequently, businesses discover that their strategies and processes are sub-optimal. In situations such as this, it is vital that the merits for change are effectively articulated and accepted by the potential users. The BDM Change Management System starts by performing a Change Management Assessment and based upon the results, a Change Management Plan is developed to begin an organization’s change initiative. The areas essential to a successful program include: Leadership Coaching, Organizational Design, and Strategic Planning.

Executive & Management Coaching

The leadership team for any project must stand prepared to ‘champion’ change by exerting great effort and enthusiasm. BDM offers one-on-one and group consultation to encourage leadership development and enhance unique talents already on the team. Our proven techniques, tools, and methodologies bring out the best in a team by deepening trust and encouraging communication.

Organization Design

There are times when a company requires an independent, third party to objectively evaluate its organization structure and design. BDM uses a formal, guided process that integrates people, information and technology to match the structure of an organization to its purpose(s) and objectives. BDM will work with the management team to identify change agents, develop job roles, establish realistic objectives, and accelerate decision-making.
