BDM Consulting has been selected by the executive team of Mankato International, Inc. (MII) to work on strategic supply chain projects.  BDM will work with the Corporate Procurement Officer to design and deploy efficient Supply Chain Management strategies for MII.  The company will assist MII with value stream mapping of core business processes, commodity sourcing of materials, supplier mangement as well as organizational design and development.
